The session aims at generate solution to empower girls and women as entrepreneurial citizens building on the EntreComp, the European entrepreneurship competence framework published by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.

The EntreComp defines what it takes to be entrepreneurial, that is to act and transform ideas and opportunities into shared value.  It is competence framework, descriptive and non prescriptive which is being turned into action by numerous stakeholders to reform formal education curricula, promote informal learning experience focused on value creation as well as for supporting individuals develop their entrepreneurial potential in the workplace.

The session will introduce some key examples of how EntreComp has been used to design intervention focused on empowering girls and women and will aim at collecting ideas and generating new ones together with participants.
