This session will present results and lessons learned from four innovative and effective initiatives enabling and fostering refugee employment. Janet Heisey will be presenting results from Graduation Approach pilots in refugee contexts. Heidi Christ will introduce MADE51, which is a model connecting refugee artisans with global markets. Lorenz Isler will be sharing IKEA Switzerland’s inspiring approach to and experiences with refugee employment. The International Labour Organization's Guiding Principles on Access of Refugees and other Forcibly Displaced Persons to the Labour Market will be introduced.
